An Untitled Musical Project
Ignore the comparisons. Take these guys as they are--the second "perfect band" that we have ever heard.
The Pigs - Oink!
The Pigs produced a bold sound rich in 80s new wave overtones, solidly rooted in 70s glam, chameleonic vocals twist and turn. Take the day off work and study Oink!
Kid Casanova - Kid Casanova
Kid Casanova takes some serious risks within the structure of some of the tightest rock/pop songs written in the past few years.
Linear - Moondisco
Linear continues to surprise us with their growth. Edgy and angry, their new EP, Moondisco, is available now.
Zen for Primates - Live
T Roth's cool, understated smoky vocals coupled with brilliant guitar work embrace rock and blues awe, sax/horns that make you weep.
Maurizio Lauroja - Heaven or Hell
Maurizio has the Mink DeVille swagger and the Chris Spedding versatility; he is our choice for Italy's finest guitarist.
54 seconds - Coma
54 seconds puts you on immediate notice that the journey though this album is going to be a different kind of ride.
The Long Weekend - Long Weekend
LW jumps from genre to genre. OZ Beat fell for the band s ability to write and perform a tight, hook-laden pop song.
The Sleaves - The Sleaves
The Sleaves unleash a blend of smart arrangements and harmony rich melodies.
The Barbs - The Barbs
This four-piece has all the energy that has been virtually forgotten since the days of The Revillos/ Rezillos punk.
Another Pretty Face-21st Century Rock
OZ Beat declares quite simply: Another Pretty Face, 21st Century Rock, is the definitive glam album.

We've Been Under Construction:
Thank you to everyone for your patience. OZ Beat has been rebuilding site text, recovering data, dealing with hackers and other uninteresting tech issues. Well, uninteresting to you, but we have had a few late night rants leading to a few late night drinks.... let's just say that our usual sunny demeanor was darkened for a couple months. One late night (notice the theme of being up late), we got hoppin mad and threatened everyone who ever pissed us off (Netfirms) or did us wrong (Netfirms and that bastard hacker) or ignored us (our parents and Netfirms). We thought of an inspirational quote, "No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!" and we got back to work. Sure we're still disgruntled, but we wouldn't have it any other way. On to important things, like Music That Matters.
Coming Soon
Boys On Trial's DVD, Live at The Mutiny, will soon be available for viewing.
